◉ Open or join the local Charter of the Council (having minimum 6 members, apart from you).
◉ Make a website of the Council’s Charter and post activities, career awareness messages on social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
◉ Make a rule to communicate with minimum 2 parents daily and do career assessment of minimum 2 students in a month to remain active Career Advisor.
◉ Conduct CAP-contests of students and give Cash coupons and Study stipends to students.
◉ Google daily the name of your local Charter (e.g. Margdarshak – New Delhi) and improve the search listing on the internet.
◉ Maintain a WhatsApp, Truecaller identity using Margdarshak – (suitable name).
◉ Get testimonials and your experience with parents related to career planning and share it on the website and social media.
◉ Start minimum one FREE Career Education & Guidance (CEG) Cell in a school/college/institute.
◉ Arrange minimum 2 parents’ meeting in a month and upload pics on the charter’s website.
◉ Try to prepare yourself or with the help of an experienced teacher study contents of one subject/skill and get it approved.
