Margdarshak offers career education & guidance at the national level to cultivate a culture of "career by choice, not by chance" and close the gap between academic degrees and career competencies. As per the New Education Policy (NEP), there is a need for 18 lakh trained Career Counsellors.

Smart work, lifelong income

There are NO daily or monthly targets and NO commitment to fixed working hours. Without interrupting your current activities, work from anywhere on flexible days/times for an alternate and lifelong income of ₹60,000 per month by completing the tasks mentioned below:

(a) Conduct assessments, do counselling, and assist students in identifying the career, education, and training options that best fit them in India or abroad. You are required to mentor one hundred students.

(b) Register a knowledge title in your name comprising "Course/Exam/Profession + Subject/Skill + Medium" of an academic/competitive exam or employability skills, to teach online or provide study content.

(c) Connect with ten schools, and learning centres/institutes and provide FREE online access to the Career-linked Education and Guidance (CEG) app.

(d) You must build and work cohesively in a team of nine Associates, provide them training as a career counselling professional and keep them productive.

If your work is less or more, your earnings will decrease or increase based on the task completed.

Eligibility & prerequisites

Graduate/Master's degree with career counselling professional training and tools. You require a laptop with internet.

Margdarshak provides you with FREE

A virtual business set-up and access to counselling/ training/ learning/ recruitment/ e-commerce platforms. In this scenario add your clients, use psychometric assessment tools and offer counselling, teaching, hiring, or any of your products/services to customers.

Also, you have an option to avail of paid services which depends on your needs and choice.

(a) Verified data and USCS

This consists of a data-driven CRM integrated with a unified communication system (IVR, click-to-call, business email, SMS, WhatsApp API, virtual meeting, etc.)

(b) The world’s most authentic counselling tools

Career Explorer: career by choice not by chance. Select the best-fit career from more than 4,700 options based on 16 parameters.

Subject Pathways: relate subjects with careers. Consists of 33 subject-career charts and 18 infographics.

You can procure the above tools and training from the cart or any vendor. If you opt to work in a team, the subsidised monthly subscription for all the above services is ₹998 + GST.

(c) Training as a Career Counselling Professional (CCP)

You can undergo online training from the National Institute for Career Education which is self-paced, can be completed in eighteen days to eighteen weeks, and comprises 18 modules of theory, activities, and practicum. The self-study mode of theoretical training is FREE if you work in a team.

Getting a certificate as a Career Counselling Professional is your choice. If you opt for certification then the assessments of theory, activity and practical knowledge of each module will be conducted. The fee for each assessment is ₹600 (six hundred) only.

Lifelong Income

Your task-based income will start from day one if you start training and work simultaneously. In this case, you can pay the training fees using your wallet/income. Upon completion of the assignments mentioned above and on submission of the CCP certificate your income of ₹60,000 per month will start till lifelong as per the terms of the agreement.
